Hands of IX is on a mission to equip families, educators, and generational cycle breakers with faith based support, advocacy tools, and healing resources so they can make empowered decisions, build a stronger future for ALL generations, and restore peace in their lives.

Hands of IX envisions a world where families feel supported, educators are restored, and generational cycles are broken across ALL generations through faith, advocacy, and healing.

Hands of IX was born through lived experience, obedience, and the decision to choose healing when breaking would have been understandable. It exists because of what life, leadership, and faith have taught me about identity, resilience, and freedom.

My journey includes years of service within education, walking closely with youth, families, and communities while navigating systems that often demand strength without space for healing. Those years sharpened my understanding of people, responsibility, and the cost of carrying leadership without tending to the soul.

Along the way, I also experienced deep personal unlearning. I lived through seasons that slowly distorted my sense of self trust and clarity, revealing how easily identity can erode when control replaces care. That season taught me the necessity of truth, perspective, and boundaries in the work of restoration.

In March of 2021, multiple losses converged during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. I survived a school shooting, lost my student Daylon Burnett, and supported my daughter through the loss of her father—all within days of one another. In that moment, I carried leadership, grief, and responsibility at the same time. With children watching me for light, I turned fully to the Lord.

Through faith, mindfulness, gratitude, and God’s grace, I was carried through grief rather than consumed by it. That season confirmed what I had come to believe: peace is not found by avoiding pain, and freedom does not come from endurance alone. It comes from perspective, truth, and the courage to walk away from what harms us while walking toward what heals us.

Hands of IX exists because what we heal does not stop with us. This work is an offering of what was rebuilt—identity restored, peace reclaimed, and purpose clarified. It is for individuals, families, educators, and cycle breakers who are ready to choose healing over harm and build lives rooted in faith, clarity, and freedom for all generations.
